Written documents submitted to DOUDNEY are stored by DOUDNEY for 5 years. Under certain conditions the original documents may be provided to the Client on written request, subject to DOUDNEY’s right to make copies of any and all requested documents. After 5 years, DOUDNEY will destroy/shred all documents submitted by The Client containing personal, financial, and sample information.
